The Learning Record Timetable

The Learning Record is based on an eight-page Learning Record form (originally in print) that accompanies the student portfolio of selected work and provides a framework for understanding the relationship between students' work and their learning. The schematic diagram below shows the parts of the Learning Record and explains when each part is completed. If you click on the title of any page below, you can see examples of that section from actual student Learning Records. Or you can go to the Exemplars main page for an introduction to the exemplars and examples of complete student Learning Records.
